Capacity

A Country Location can accommodate up to 150 people for an indoor only event and up to 200 people for an indoor/outdoor event utilizing the tent. Seating for a ceremony of 200 people will be on the lawn. The reception can be held both indoors and out.

Facilities Include

Rental of the site includes full use of the barn, men’s changing building, tent, and grounds, including the surrounding gardens. The barn includes a main floor with two bathrooms, a full kitchen and an opening in the ceiling that extends up through the second floor. The second floor has viewing to the main floor, additional seating space, and a bride’s suite. The tent has additional space for seating and tables. The beautifully landscaped grounds are maintained year round and include flower beds, a windmill, a fountain, an archway, and wildflower gardens, plants and trees.
